What we agree at the diagnostic
The price is fixed; the scope is agreed. At the diagnostic we walk through your process and decide together what the first version does: which steps it covers, which documents it prints, which data we import. Everything in the quote is included in the price.

Support plans
The first 3 months of the Standard plan are included in the price. After that you choose a plan: hosting, daily backups, security updates and support, with higher plans including hours for changes and new features.

- Fiscal and till systems: they stay where they are
- Accounting and VAT returns: we export to the software you use
- Hardware: computers, printers, tills and scanners
- Integrations with external systems and features added after handover: priced upfront, by agreement
Pricing questions
Why is there no per-user price?
Because the app does not cost more when ten people use it instead of two. You pay for the build and support, and add as many users as you like.
How can one price cover different companies?
Because we build on a proven base and agree the scope of the first version at the diagnostic. The app covers your main process end to end; whatever is left for later is done through support or as a separately agreed addition.
Do we have to pay for support?
The first 3 months are included. After that, support covers hosting, backups and security, so we recommend it. If you host the app yourself, you can cancel; the code is yours.
Can the price go up during the build?
Not for anything in the quote. If you want something new along the way, you get a price before we start on it.
